01What kind of photo works best?

A clear, front-facing photo with the whole face visible is ideal. Good lighting helps; professional photography absolutely does not.

02Do I see it before you print?

Yes. You'll get a preview to approve before the mug goes into production, so there are no surprise eyebrows.

03Will it arrive for their birthday?

Once you approve the design, it ships the next business day from our South Florida shop. Standard U.S. shipping is free; delivery typically takes 5–6 business days. Allow time for approval, production, and delivery before their birthday. Paid rush options are available at checkout. Next-business-day shipping is the send-off, not the arrival date.

04What size is the mug?

It's a roomy 15 oz ceramic mug—enough coffee to process the face staring back at you.

05Can I send it to the birthday person?

Absolutely. Enter their shipping address at checkout. You supply the inside joke; we send it straight to the birthday legend.

06What if something arrives wrong?
